How do I sign up?
The best and easiest way to get your class set up with Life Finances is to contact a 4t Nox educational support representative at edsupport@4tnox.com. We can discuss your classroom needs and set up your classes for you!

My video or audio is stuttering / out of sync.
While Life Finances runs well on almost all systems and configurations, some classroom internet connections can experience difficulty delivering streaming video streams to several dozen users simultaneously. If this occurs, it’s best to pause videos to allow a sufficient video buffer to build up.

What if my students are unable to run the course on their computers? What if I don't have enough computers for every student?
Whatever your problem, Life Finances has a solution! With our student workbooks and an optional test-only version of the course, complete with grading and reporting, we can put together a program that meets your needs.

My students are experiencing technical difficulties.
We always recommend that our schools ensure that they are running the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash (version 10 or higher), as well as install all available Windows Updates for PC machines. If these fixes don't work, please contact 4t Nox Support for additional assistance. 

My students did not receive a username or password.
Have your students check their spam/junk mail folders. If they are still unable to locate their sign-on information, contact 4t Nox Support and we’ll help resolve your issue!

Forgotten passwords.
If you or your students have lost your passwords, use the Forgot Password feature. If you are still unable to recover your password after using this tool, contact 4t Nox Support.

Why can't I see my students on the teacher's dashboard?
If you've added students or had 4t Nox set up students for you, but they aren't showing up in your list of students, check the Edit Classes screen to see if there are any unassigned students. Once you add any unassigned students to a Class, they will show up in your main dashboard screen. 

Can Life Finances generate reports which show my students’ compliance with my state’s financial education requirements?
Yes! Oklahoma students are already being tracked for state standards compliance, and other states are on the way. To make sure your state is on the list, please contact a 4t Nox educational support rep. 

Will Life Finances work with my iPhone / iPad?
Unfortunately, no. Life Finances is built to work with Adobe Flash, which is not supported by these devices. In the future, we hope to offer compatibility with a variety of portable devices.

Will Life Finances work with my Android Phone or Android Tablet?
Yes it will, though the experience may not be as good as if you were working on a PC or Mac. But if you need to log in for a quick lesson or test, the Life Finances program will run on most Android systems with Adobe Flash installed.
